A Passion for Integrity

Integrity Consultants was developed out of a passion for Market Research and the effects that Mystery Shopping, one of the most widely used Market Research tools, has on business. Having served this industry as a Mystery Shopper, myself, then as an Editor of client reports and Scheduler/Recruiter of mystery shopping assignments, I was able to obtain knowledge from a variety of different resources and develop a broad perspective of the industry, itself. During this process, I was able to refine my own training methods and develop Market Research Pros. Market Research Pros is now available in several online locations and serves as a free resource to Mystery Shoppers and other Market Research Professionals, as well as the Retailers seeking to efficiently utilize these services. Currently, Integrity Consultants offers Mystery Shopping and Market Research services. Through Individualized Program Development and Project Management, the client is provided with a multi-use tool and industrial edge. Whether the focus is Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Loss Prevention, Loyalty, or Compliance, Integrity Consultants can develop a program to identify areas of concern, allowing for increased profitability. Integrity Consultants personally recruits and trains its support staff, promoting efficiency and a common goal. Mystery Shoppers will never pay to register or shop for Integrity Consultants, and clients will never pay for substandard product. A great deal of teaching and training goes into the mystery shopping process. Extensive training and support services are provided at no cost to the shopper. Furthermore, client support services are also included. It is my opinion that clients and shoppers should not have to pay for customer service. I have made it my personal goal to effect this industry in a positive manner, and I will always support education, awareness, and those also attempting to bring about these positive changes.
